Terms of use

These terms describe the use of BrixyAI, an independent project in development for Roblox creators.

1. Access and account

The home page is public. To access the app, sign in with Roblox and authorize access to your profile. You must meet Roblox's age and authorization requirements for OAuth, currently available to users aged 13 or older. You are responsible for your account use and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Available features

The app provides AI conversations, local history, project context and test memory, and a Roblox Studio connection panel. Studio execution requires an installed compatible plugin, HTTP enabled, and verification and testing capabilities implemented by the plugin. Review generated code before approving changes. Pro is available through a one-time PIX payment, with 30 days of access and no automatic renewal.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service responsibly, respecting other people, third-party rights, and Roblox rules. Do not access other people's accounts, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malicious content, or use the service for illegal activities.

4. Your creations

You keep your rights to your text and creations. Only submit content you are authorized to use. Review and test generated results before applying them to your game.

5. Availability and local data

The service may change or become unavailable during development. Conversations are stored in the browser and may be lost when clearing data, changing browsers, or deleting a project. Keep a copy of information you want to preserve.

6. Relationship with Roblox

BrixyAI is independent and is not an official product sponsored or operated by Roblox. Roblox sign-in follows Roblox's authorization flow.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service. The date on this page indicates the current version. For questions or requests, contact the team through the Discord community. Also see our Privacy Policy.
